Gessel Advises Senetic Holding CEO on Sale of Shares

Gessel has advised Senetic Holding shareholder and CEO Marcin Bialozyt on the sale of shares to an investor consortium including Euvic, Gemini Holding, and Hyperr.

According to Gessel, the Senetic Group is a provider of IT solutions for companies and public institutions aiming to streamline their daily tasks through an intuitive digital ecosystem. It specializes in delivering Microsoft cloud services for businesses, including Office 365, Azure, and SharePoint. 

The Euvic Group is one of the largest Polish technology capital groups, with a presence around Europe, in the US, and in the UAE.

The Gessel team included Partner Karol Sokol, Managing Associate Michal Osowski, Senior Associate Damian Bednarczyk, and Junior Associate Zuzanna Sojka.
