Stratulat Albulescu has advised Romanian health and fitness chain World Class Romania on its acquisition of the Planet Swim and Gym fitness center in Bucharest.
On November 28th, 2019, World Class formally reopened Planet Swim and Gym for business as one of its Gold tier locations under the name World Class Planet, making it its 38th club in Romania and its 29th in Bucharest. The club offers its members training and leisure facilities equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, two aerobic studios for group fitness classes and private parking.
The Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and included Senior Associate Tudor Ciambur and Associate Ruxandra Ene.
