Reals has advised Upvest on the mezzanine financing of Crestyl’s Semerinka residential development in Prague. Dentons reportedly advised Crestyl.
According to Reals, the transaction supports the continued development of the Semerinka project, with Upvest also preparing for a forthcoming public fundraising round tied to the investment.
