BPV Huegel has advised RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft on the sale of its stake in Austria Junice to Agrana Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft. Schoenherr advised Agrana.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Austria Juice is a manufacturer of fruit juice concentrates, headquartered in Kroellendorf, Lower Austria, with a network of 13 production sites across Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and China.
