RTPR advises OX2 on 99MW wind farm sale, Swedish group’s first transaction in Romania

RTPR has assisted OX2 in relation to the sale of a 99.2 MW onshore wind project located in the Eastern part of Romania to Nala Renewables, a joint venture between IFM Investors and Trafigura.

The project will consist of 16 Vestas turbines, V162-6.2 MW™ and will be commissioned in the first half of 2026. The transaction is valued at EUR 214 million.

OX2 is a leading renewable developer, having a portfolio which includes various technologies, such as onshore and offshore wind, solar, energy storage, as well as hydrogen projects.
