Wolf Theiss Advises Thoma Bravo on Investment in PCMI

Wolf Theiss, working with Kirkland & Ellis, has advised Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of PCMI. Goodwin Procter reportedly advised PCMI.

Thoma Bravo is a software investment firm managing over USD 179 billion in assets.

PCMI is a provider of administration software for finance & insurance products in the automotive and consumer end markets. According to Wolf Theiss, this transaction marks a significant milestone for PCMI, with existing shareholders – including PCMI management, its employees, and Equality Asset Management – retaining minority stakes.

The Wolf Theiss team included Partners Katarzyna Wojcik-Bakowska and Krzysztof Libiszewski and Associate Oliwia Kruczynska.
