Wolf Theiss has advised Concept Development BSD 2 on the sale of the 9000-square-meter 15-floor Concept Tower office building in Warsaw to the CPI Property Group.

The Concept Development Group, which was established in 2003 in Warsaw, is also active in Great Britain, Romania, Israel, and the United States. It specializes in investments in office buildings and parks and residential. 

According to Wolf Theiss, the “CPI Property Group is one of the leading long-term owners of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and the CEE region. The group’s headquarters are in Luxembourg and its shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. By obtaining Concept Tower, the CPI Property Group became the largest owner of offices in Warsaw by GLA, with a portfolio of 314,000 square meters.”
