Integrites has successfully represented Ukrainian insurance company Euroins Ukraine in a dispute before Ukraine's Commercial Court of Appeals and, ultimately, the country's Supreme Court, involving the company's former minority shareholder and senior manager, who was challenging corporate resolutions adopted by Euroins Ukraine’s shareholders.
Integrites reports that, ultimately, the claims against the insurance company were denied in full.
