Schoenherr, working with Dorsey & Whitney, has advised building software provider Eleco on the full acquisition of Vertical Digital.

According to the firm, Eleco is a "specialist international provider of world-class software and related services" to the built environment through its operating brands Elecosoft and Veeuze, from offices in the UK, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and the US. The company's software solutions are used throughout the building lifecycle "from the early planning and design stages through to construction, interior fit out, asset management and facilities management to support project delivery, estimation, visualization, building information modeling, and property management."

"The transaction will add critical capabilities to Eleco, as Vertical Digital has a proven track record of providing agile and innovative software development, technical consulting, and upskilling solutions across many European and multinational end-customers," Schoenherr reported.

The Schoenherr team was led by Partner Madalina Neagu and included Managing Attorneys at Law Andrei Muresan and Mihaela Popescu and Attorney at Law Alexandra Smahon.
