NNDKP has provided legal counsel to a syndicate of banks on a EUR 24 million financing granted to the Pehart Tec Group. Clifford Chance advised the borrower on the deal.
The syndicate of banks, which included Banca Comerciala Romana, EximBank, and Banca Transilvania, granted a multi-currency revolving credit facility to the Pehart Tec Grup, which is controlled by the Abris Capital Partners investment fund, in partnership with businessman Ioan Tecar.
The NNDKP team was coordinated by Partner Valentin Voinescu and included Senior Associates Stefan Ionescu and Maria Hoaghia.
The Clifford Chance team advising Abris Capital Partners and the Pehart Tec Grup was led by Counsel Cosmin Anghel and Senior Associate Raluca Coman. Clifford Chance has advised Abris Capital Partners since its entry on the Romanian market in 2013, and in 2015 the firm advised Abris in its investment in the Pehart group of companies (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 3, 2015).
