Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Unicredit Bank on a EUR 50 million financing provided to Forte Partners. The borrower was assisted by Reff & Asociatii on the deal.
According to Tuca Zbarcea, the deal is reportedly the largest financing in the Romanian real estate market this year. The goal of the financing granted to the Romanian developer is the first phase of The Bridge, an office project in Bucharest. The scheme is going up in two phases on the site of a former bread factory. Bog'Art is the general contractor and completion is set for September 2017.
