KPMG Legal - Toncescu si Asociatii has promoted Cristina Rosu, Irina Stanica, Dragos Nicolae Iamandoiu, and Calin Dragoman to Partner.
Focusing on banking and finance, Rosu has been with the KPMG Legal-affiliated firm since 2007 when she joined as a Senior Associate. She was promoted to Managing Associate in 2013.
Stanica focuses on labor and joined the firm in 2017 as a Managing Associate and was promoted to Senior Managing Associate in 2020. Before joining KPMG Legal, she was a Senior Legal Advisor with Dante International between 2015 and 2017. Earlier, she was a Senior Associate with Musat & Asociatii between 2014 and 2015. Earlier still, Stanica was with Noerr, first as a Senior Associate between 2002 and 2011 and then as the firm's Head of Employment & Pensions between 2011 and 2014.
Iamandoiu specializes in corporate/M&A and joined the firm in 2020 as a Managing Associate and became Counsel in 2021. Earlier, he was a part of Popovici, Nitu, Stoica & Asociatii, first as an Associate between 2015 and 2019 and then as a Senior Associate between 2019 and 2020.
Dragoman focuses on litigation and has been with the firm since 2019 when he joined as a Managing Associate. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Managing Associate and, in 2023, he became the Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice.
