PwC Legal Romanian affiliate D&B David si Baias has advised Memorial Healthcare on its acquisition of the Monza Oncology Hospital within the Enayati Medical City in Bucharest.
The Memorial Healthcare group is a Turkish healthcare provider.
The D&B David si Baias team included Partners Cornelia Bumbacea, Ruxandra Tarlescu, and Anda Rojanschi and Senior Lawyer Alice Spridon.
