Adrian Fenesan, Andrei Zamfirescu, and Tudor Oancea have been appointed as Associated Partners at BNT Gilescu Valeanu & Partners.
Former Senior Lawyer Andrei Zamfirescu joined his current team in 2008, when it was still affiliated with Cerha Hempel, and stayed on through the switch to BNT Attorneys in CEE, in early 2020. Earlier, he spent two and a half years with Cristian Iordanescu & Partners, between 2006 and 2008. His experience also includes almost five years as the Corporate Counsel of General Fluid. Zamfirescu specializes in insolvency and restructuring, dispute resolution, and life sciences.
Former Senior Associate Adrian Fenesan has also been with his current team for over 14 years, having first joined in 2007. He is a corporate and M&A specialist.
Tudor Oancea, who joined BNT Gilescu Valeanu & Partners in 2021 as an Of Counsel, is a real estate expert.
