Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu, working with Reed Smith, has advised the EBRD on a loan of up to EUR 12.5 million to Dona company Calihory Group.
According to RTPR, the loan was granted to Siepcofar, Dona Logistica, and Dona Cargo. The financing will be used "to finance the expansion and modernization of the company’s network, acquisition of IT, equipment, and a fleet of cars," the firm added.
Dona is a pharmaceuticals retailer and supplier, operating in Romania.
The RTPR team included Partner Victor Padurari, Senior Associate Bianca Eremia, Associate Iustina Nastasa, and Junior Associate Georgiana Verives.
