Stratulat Albulescu has advised Catalyst Romania Fund II on its participation in the EUR 2 million equity funding round of EdTech platform Adservio.
Catalyst Romania is a venture capital investor in Romanian technology companies.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, ”Adservio is an educational management platform supporting over 1,000 schools in their digital transformation journey, through innovation of educational and management processes and by offering a modern tool to help educators and students.”
According to the firm, “the funds will be used to accelerate the expansion on the local and international markets, to expand the company’s portfolio of clients and partners, as well as for the development of new features.”
Stratulat Albulescu’s team included Partner Cristina Man, Managing Associates Anca Ulea and Elena Stan, and Associate Adina Popescu.
