Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised Tech Mahindra on the acquisition of the Allyis group.

The total value of the transaction is estimated at USD 125 million.

Tech Mahindra is a provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services.

Allyis Group offers technology consulting and managed services that seek to help organizations reduce costs, improve performance, and meet objectives.
