RTPR has advised Autonom Services on the first tranche of a corporate bond offer program on the Romanian market through which Autonom attracted over EUR 48 million.
According to RTPR, "this is the first tranche of a program through which Autonom can issue bonds over the next five years (up to EUR 250 million)." The bonds have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
According to the firm, “Autonom Services is the most important independent player on the operational leasing and rent-a-car markets in Romania. The company will use this financing to support the implementation of the sustainability strategy announced at the beginning of October 2021.”
