Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Zacaria Industrial on the sale of its industrial parks’ portfolio to industrial and logistics parks developer CTP. Biris Goran and the Law Chamber advised the buyer on the transaction.
The industrial parks portfolio consisting of parks located in Sibiu, Craiova, Oradea, and Arad, has a total area of 112,000 square meters with a 100% occupancy rate.
Zacaria Industrial, headquartered in Sibiu, has been providing industrial buildings in Romania since 2009.
The company "will continue to develop new industrial parks, first in Sibiu and Pitești. Moreover, we will accelerate the construction of residential complexes. At the same time, the capital infusion will be directed to new business lines that we want to open in Romania, especially in the retail sector," Zacaria Industrial CEO Jonathan Scifo Diamantino commented.
According to Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii, "the new capital will allow Zacaria to support organic growth, focused on the development of industrial parks, shopping centers, and residential projects."
