Ijdelea Mihailescu has successfully represented Velikov and Co on a community trademark and community design dispute before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
According to the firm, Velikov and Co is one of the largest seed producers in CEE. It further announced that the decision "granted all the claims as they were raised, acknowledged the trademark and design infringement, awarded significant damages, and prohibited the defendant to use the client’s community trademark and design in any manner."
