Hategan Attorneys has announced that it had internally reconfigured from what the firm describes as a pyramidal structure to a horizontal one.
According to the firm, the new horizontal organizational structure assumes the existence of teams focused on “functional areas specific to the experience of team members. Thus, the focus is especially on the specialized area of the team members who, in recent years, have had greater exposure to certain areas of activity and have full involvement in that area of practice without excluding their involvement in other projects to further ensure their diversed professional development.”
The management of the firm will continue under Managing Partner Ioana Hategan together with a newly formed Leadership Group. Alina Iosza, Partner, will be leading the Real Estate and PPP practice; Florina Mattick, Senior Associate, will be heading the Insolvency and SME practice; Attorney Associates Galine Gheorghe and Adoriana Azoitei-Frumosu will be leading Litigation and Data Protection & Business Ethics, respectively; while Attorney Associate Alin Tegzes will be heading the Commercial Corporate practice. Managing Partner Ioana Hategan will be leading the M&A and Private Equity department.
