Clifford Chance Badea has advised guarantor and bond trustee Nordic Trustee AS on the Norwegian-law-governed EUR 200 million senior secured green bond issuance by a subsidiary of Ireland's Alternus Energy Group.
Although the identity of the issuer was not provided, according to Clifford Chance, it owns five solar parks in Romania.
Clifford Chance’s team included Counsel Radu Ropota, Senior Associate Georgiana Evi, and Lawyers Mihai Dolhescu and Nicolae Grasu.
