Bondoc si Asociatii has advised on legal aspects related to the establishment of the Localm.ro platform, dedicated to promoting locations in Romania.
According to Bondoc si Asociatii Partner Mihaela Bondoc, who led his firm's team on the deal, "we appreciated, in particular, the specifics and purpose of this site, which is to promote beautiful places in Romania, and to quote [the] Localm owners, this site is 'for those who wish to remember the childhood spent with their grandparents in the countryside, and to offer their children fairytale days, for those who come from afar prompted by the desire to discover places of rest, Romanian food and customs.'”
In addition to Bondoc, the Bondoc si Asociatii team assisting Localm.ro on corporate law, intellectual property, and contract matters, as well as on the company's relationship with various authorities, included Associates Razvan Agarici and Oana Danila and Junior Associate Alexandru Golu.
