Romanian lawyers Monica Statescu and Olga Nita have been promoted to Partner at Filip & Company.
Within the same promotion round, Mihaela Ispas and Razvan Ionescu became Counsels at Filip & Co., and Dragos Iordache, Loredana Cristea, Rebecca Marina, and Roxana Diaconu were promoted to Senior Associate.
Statescu, who specializes in M&A, was an Associate at NNDKP from 2006 to 2008, when she joined PeliFilip. When the firm split (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 2, 2019), she stayed with Filip & Company. She was promoted to Counsel in April 2019.
Nita, who specializes in M&A and capital markets, has been with the team her entire career, starting in October 2011. She was promoted to Counsel in the same promotion round as Statescu in 2019.
