Radu si Asociatii has advised Ovidiu Andries and Daniel Imbre, founders of the Romanian gas station operator Smart Diesel, on the sale of the business to Germany’s DKV. Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen reportedly advised the buyer on the deal.
Financial details of the transaction, which is still subject to the approval of the Competition Council of Romania, were not disclosed.
DKV is a privately-held provider of fuel, toll payment, and VAT refund services across Europe.
