RTPR Advises Mitiska REIM on Sale of Real Estate Property in Romania
Radu Taracila Padurari Retevoescu has advised Mitiska REIM on its subsidiary’s sale of an unspecified real estate property in Romania.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mitiska REIM is a specialist investor in retail parks and convenience centers.
The RTPR team consisted of Partner Alexandru Retevoescu, Counsel Victor Rusu, Managing Associate Vlad Stamatescu, and Associate Petru Ursache.
RTPR did not reply to an inquiry about the deal.
