Noerr has advised Michael Jaffe, the insolvency administrator of Wirecard Sales International Holding GmbH, on the sale of all shares of its subsidiary Wirecard Romania SA to SIBS.
Financial details of the sale were not disclosed.
Noerr describes SIBS as a “fully-integrated payment services provider present across Europe and Africa." According to the firm, "SIBS offers a wide range of digital and e-commerce solutions via ATM and POS networks, card production, and personalization services.”
Wirecard Romania, which was launched over 25 years ago, offers cashless payment services to banks.
