Stratulat Albulescu has advised CODA Intelligence on a EUR 800,000 seed funding round led by Romanian Early Game Ventures and including technology investment fund ROCA X and other angel investors. DLA Piper advised Early Game Ventures on the deal.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, “the new funding round raises the investment available for this stage of startup development to about EUR 1 million. CODA will use the entire amount to grow its business and move to the next stage of the startup, namely expanding and licensing the CODA Footprint product on the US market.”
CODA intelligence is a technology startup in the area of cybersecurity. “Using Machine Learning and Big Data technologies, the CODA Footprint product analyzes the computer system of the user (company) and creates a dynamic security footprint, which takes into account the electronic information flows that circulate in the system every day,” reports Stratulat Albulescu.
