Iulia Stanciulescu-Ilie has joined CEE Attorneys / Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii as Partner and coordinator of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice.
Stanciulescu-Ilie specializes mainly in civil and commercial law, administrative litigation, insolvency proceedings, and forced executions, representing clients in real estate restitution files, expropriations, specific disputes involving the regulatory authorities in the field of energy and oil & gas. According to Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii, she "is praised by peers in the legal community for her competences and solid know-how in a wide range of litigation, including administrative and fiscal disputes, real estate and construction, labor litigation, data protection, and competition disputes. Iulia also specializes in legal procedures for restoring nationalized / abusively expropriated assets, having obtained favorable solutions before the courts, both at the national level and before the European Court of Human Rights.”

Before joining CEE Attorneys / Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii, Staniculescu-Ilie spent four years with Gherbovan-Silinescu, almost a year with PwC Legal, another year with Dragne & Asociatii, almost four and a half years with Zamfirescu, Rascoti & Partners, and over three years with Leroy si Associatii. She was also a Judge at the Buftea court of first instance for a year. She is graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School.
