Stratulat Albulescu Helps CCBA Verwaltungs Obtain Competition Approval for Takeover of Reinert Kunststofftechnik
Stratulat Albulescu has helped CCBA Verwaltungs GmbH obtain merger control clearance from the Romanian Competition Council for its takeover of Reinert Kunststofftechnik SRL.
CCBA is part of the Aunde Group, which develops and manufactures textiles and seat covers for the automotive industry. Reinert Kunststofftechnik develops and produces technical and plastic items.
The Stratulat Albulescu team was led by Partner Ana Kusak and included Associate Madalina Spataru.
