Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Dedeman on its acquisition of The Bridge 2 office complex in Bucharest — the second phase of The Bridge project — from developer Forte Partners.
The Bridge 2 consists of a 10-story building with a total rental surface of approximately 23 thousand square meters, with main tenants such as Medicover, UPC, Molson Coors, and Schlumberger.
The PNSA team was coordinated by Partner Ioana Sampek and included Managing Associates Andreea Grosu and Ioana Dumitru, Senior Associates Lavinia Dinoci and Lavinia Ludovic, and Associates Cristiana Blei, Luiza Zamura, Geanina Popescu, and Veronica Culcea. Tax consultancy was provided by PNSA Tax through a team coordinated by Partner Mihaela Pohaci and Senior Manager Raluca Rusu. Competition aspects were covered by Partner Mihaela Ion, Managing Associate Laura Ambrozie, and Senior Associate Vanessa Nistor.
Dedeman acquired The Bridge last year (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 8, 2018), in what PNSA describes as "the most important real estate transaction in 2018, valued at 200 million euros.
