Bogdan Bunrau, Diana Ispas, and Raluca Voinescu have been promoted to partner at Bondoc si Asociatii.
Bunrau works in Bondoc si Asociatii's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions, Natural Resources and Commercial departments. Prior to Bondoc he worked with Dentons where, among other matters, he advised on AmRest's acquisition of Starbucks Franchises in Romania and Bulgaria (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 26, 2015).
Ispas, who works within Bondoc's Banking & Finance, Projects, and Capital Markets team, joined the firm in 2017. Before that, she was a Managing Associate with NNDKP, where she also worked on Romania's largest-at-the-time private IPO (reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 20, 2016).
Voinescu, like Bunrau, worked with legacy Salans prior to joining the Bucharest office of White & Case in 2013, which later became Bondoc si Asociatii following W&C's departure from the Romanian market (reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 30 ,2014). She works in the firm's Competition and Healthcare/Pharma & Medical Services practices.
The appointment of the three was a part of a 11-person promotion round that included the appointments of Florin Sandu, Diana Savu, Ionut Stircu, and Andra Turtoi to Senior Associate and of Razvan Agarici, Andrei Alecu, Oana Danila, and Ionel Macovei to Associate.
