Paul Buta, who joined the firm in 2012, has over 12 years of experience in the legal field. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, competition law, and intellectual property law. Buta has also expertise in tax litigation and international commercial arbitration. Currently, he coordinates Musat & Asociatii's Healthcare & Pharma, Intellectual Property, and Competition & Antitrust practices.
Iulian Popescu joined Musat & Asociatii in 2004 after working at Buzescu & Co and Eugenia Popescu & Asociatii. He specializes in public acquisitions and PPPs, concession rights, and issues concerning the regulation, and licensing in the field of Telecommunications, IT & Media. He is also experienced in environmental law, shipping, aviation & transportation law. Currently, he coordinates Musat & Asociatii's Corporate & Commercial Law, Telecom, IT & Media, Transports, Public Acquisitions/PPP, Energy & Natural Resources, and Labor Law practices.
Razvan Stoicescu joined Musat & Asociatii five years ago, after working at Linklaters from 2003-2007, and at Bulboaca & Asociatii from 2007-2009. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, banking, financing & capital markets, and restructuring & insolvency. He is on the panel of arbitrators of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and from November 2016 to May 2017 he was an independent director within the Board of Directors of SNGN Romgaz SA, the issuing authority listed on the Bucharest and London Stock Exchanges, with a market value of more than EUR 2.5 billion.
