Wolf Theiss has advised the German bank NORD/LB on financing the purchase of the Format office building in Gdansk by Greenstone Format.
According to Wolf Theiss, “Format is a modern office and service building situated in Gdansk-Oliwa, the heart of the Tri-City business district.” Earlier this year, Gdansk-based company Torus sold the Format office building to a Singaporean fund represented by Greenstone (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 7, 2024).
In 2023, Wolf Theiss advised Deutsche Hypo-NORD/LB on the EUR 46 million financing for the acquisition of Mokotow Nova (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 27, 2023).
