CMS has advised GoldenPeaks Capital Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of 30 photovoltaic farm projects from Columbus Energy Group.
GoldenPeaks Capital is an independent energy producer and distributor in Poland and Hungary specializing in the construction and operation of photovoltaic and wind systems.
Columbus Energy Group is a supplier of services in the energy market.
According to CMS, "the farms acquired by GoldenPeaks are ready-to-build projects with connection conditions issued and a total capacity of 28.07 megawatts."
The CMS team included Partner Piotr Ciolkowski and Senior Associate Wojciech Szopinski.
