Greenberg Traurig has advised Abris Capital Partners on the sale of Scanmed Group to the American Heart of Poland Group. Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised the American Heart of Poland.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Abris Capital Partners is a private equity investor focused on Central Europe. Scanmed Group is a medical operator.
According to Greenberg Traurig, “the finalization of the transaction will enable the American Heart of Poland Group, which specializes in the coordinated diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of lifestyle diseases, to double the size of its public healthcare sector and expand its territorial reach, offering post-merger medical care to 500,000 patients annually.”
