WKB Lawyers has advised Afcon Renewable Energy and EuroEnergy on the financing for the development of a 20-megawatt solar photovoltaic park located in the Boguszyn precinct in southwest Poland. Dentons advised mBank on the PLN 65.7 million credit facilities.

Afcon Renewable Energy is an Israeli independent power producer.

EuroEnergy is Libra Group's renewable energy subsidiary with assets and operations in the European Union.

According to WKB, "featuring over 36,000 modules, 70 inverters, and four transformer stations, this state-of-the-art facility is projected to generate approximately 22 gigawatt-hours of clean energy. That's enough to power around 11,300 households."

WKB also advised Afcon Renewable Energy and EuroEnergy on the EPC contract for the Boguszyn I and Boguszyn II solar farms in 2023 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 21, 2023).

The WKB team included Partner Agata Szczepanczyk-Piwek, Managing Associate Weronika Groskrejc, and Junior Associate Julia Dukat.

The Dentons team included Partners Piotr Nerwinski and Christian Schnell, Senior Associates Jakub Walawski, Joanna Swiostek, and Hanna Szymanska, and Associates Malgorzata Czarnecka and Magdalena Pigon.
