CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska has advised JR Holding ASI on its debut on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
JR Holding ASI focuses on investment activities and engagement in businesses within sectors such as digital business, renewable energy sources, computer games, medical and biotechnological industries, deep tech, space industry, and modern media.
CK Legal helped JR Holding ASI before the "Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the approval of the prospectus prepared for the introduction of JR Holding shares to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as before the WSE and KDPW (National Depository for Securities) in connection with the transfer of share listings from New Connect to the main market."
