MFW Fialek has advised the Play Group on the full acquisition of internet, digital TV, and telecommunications company Syrion. MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj and ITB Legal Bazanski Grabiec advised the owners and management board of Syrion.

The Play Group, part of the French Iliad Group, is one of Europe's largest telecommunications groups and a provider of mobile services, fixed internet, and digital TV in Poland.

Based in Zory, Poland, Syrion provides internet access, digital TV, and telecommunications services.

According to MFW Fialek, “Syrion operates on the basis of a 3,000-kilometer fiber-optic network with coverage of over 86,000 households in more than 80 towns and cities in the Silesian, Opolskie, and Lublin voivodeships. It offers internet access, telecommunications services, and digital television to individual and business customers, as well as in a wholesale model.”
