It specializes in ERP systems (SAP and Microsoft) and customized software solutions consulting and implementation. It was acquired by Deutsche Beteiligungs in 2022. Deutsche Beteiligungs is a public investment firm specializing in management buyouts and late-stage transactions of middle-market companies.
