Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on its financing for MP Inwestors. Oles, Rysz, Sarkowicz advised the borrower.
According to Norton Rose Fulbright, "the funds will be used for paying the price of the tender offer of Pamapol shares and repayment of the existing indebtedness."
MP Inwestors is a Wielton shareholder. The Wielton Group manufactures semi-trailers, trailers, and truck bodies in Europe.
The Pamapol Capital Group operates in the food processing industry.
