Crido Legal has advised Saker on its joint venture with the BTS Group’s Slovak and Polish companies to build an electric vehicle battery recycling plant in Poland.
Slovak company Saker specializes in ferrous and non-ferrous metals processing. The company has four plants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and employs more than 200 people.
BTS Group Holdings is a privately owned conglomerate.
The Crido team included Partner Przemyslaw Furmaga, Counsel Joanna Winter-Szymanska, Senior Associate Aleksandra Czarnecka, Associate Alex Weklar, Junior Associates Michal Tokarz and Filip Sobocinski, and Intern Barbara Dabrowska.
