Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr has advised Ringfeder Power Transmission on the acquisition of the industrial brake business of Tueschen & Zimmermann, including its Polish subsidiary.

The VBG Group is an industrial group with more than 1,700 employees in 17 countries, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Ringfeder Power Transmission division offers products and systems for use in the areas of mechanical power transmission as well as energy and shock absorption.

Tueschen & Zimmermann manufactures hydraulic, electric, and pneumatic safety brakes for industrial applications, with a focus on Poland, Slovenia, Turkey, and the Czech Republic.
