DLA Piper has advised Galileo on its acquisition of a minority stake in Pagra and the related partnership agreement.

Galileo is a European renewable energy development and investment platform.

Pagra is an entrepreneurial company active in solar photovoltaic solutions in Poland. The company also specializes in solar photovoltaic systems development and installation for businesses, utilities, and public institutions.
