Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska on the financing for Pad Res group's photovoltaic farm in Genowefa. Linklaters advised the Pad Res group.
According to Clifford Chance, the financing will be used for the development, construction, and operation of the 35-megawatt photovoltaic farm owned by Pad Res.
Pad Res is a Polish renewable energy developer which specializes in the development of renewable energy projects, infrastructure investments, and commercial real estate.
The Clifford Chance team included Partners Andrzej Stosio and Pawel Puacz, Senior Associate Mateusz Chmura, Associate Aleksandra Bialyszewska, and Legal Intern Aleksandra Sierac.
