Partners-You-Trust has advised the founders of the Marketlab Group on the investment from a Value Quest-managed private equity fund. CDZ Chajec & Partners reportedly advised Value Quest.
Marketlab Group is a Lodz-based company that consists of Marketlab and Szop24. Marketlab is a Polish retail tech vendor, developing solutions in shelf digitization and automated retail. Szop24 develops and operates a network of vending machines.
Value Quest is a Polish private equity fund investing in small & mid-market companies.
