Daniel Chojnacki, Piotr Jackowski, Sylwia Kuca, and Damian Szczygielski have been promoted to Partner at Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka, as of July 1, 2022.

Chojnacki specializes in environmental law and was previously a Counsel with the firm. He joined DZP 22 years ago, in 2000. He has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.

Jackowski focuses on corporate and M&A projects and joined DZP in 2002, as an Attorney at Law and Senior Associate. Earlier, he worked as a Legal Assistant with EY Legal, in 2002, and with Laszczuk & Partners, from 2000 to 2002.

Specializing in corporate and M&A with a focus on restructuring projects, Kuca spent over 10 years at DZP as a Senior Associate, having joined in 2011. She was also an Intern with the Public Procurement Office and the Dariusz Matuszczyk Law Office, in 2011 and 2010, respectively.

Szczygielski also specializes in M&A transactions and group restructuring processes. He first joined the firm in 2011, as an Associate, and was later promoted to Senior Associate in 2018. He obtained his​ master’s degree in law at Nicolaus Copernicus University in 2010.
