DWF Advises CCGT Grudziadz on Contracts for 550-Megawatt Gas Power Plant with Siemens and Mytilineos

DWF has advised Orlen Capital Group's special purpose vehicle CCGT Grudziadz on the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction and long-term service agreement contracts for a gas power plant with a consortium of Siemens and Mytilineos.

“The power plant in Grudziadz, which is scheduled to be commissioned in 2025, will be one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe and will play an important role in ensuring Poland's energy security,” according to DWF. “Based on the executed contracts a gas-steam block with a generation capacity of over 550 megawatts will be constructed. The investment will be carried out by a consortium of companies: Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co KG, Siemens Energy Sp. z o.o., and Mytilineos S.A.”
