Ceko is a dairy company and plant producing maturing cheeses according to traditional Polish and international recipes.
The Polmlek Group is a dairy industry company with 12 production plants across Poland before the acquisition of Ceko. It also produces fruit and vegetable juices.
Avallon is a Polish company managing private equity funds. According to Sobczynscy i Partnerzy, the Avallon MBO private equity fund had acquired an interest in Ceko in June 2012.
The Sobczynscy i Partnerzy team included Managing Partner Michal Sobczynski and Attorney Orest Ochocki.
