Greenberg Traurig has advised Panattoni on the acquisition of an undeveloped plot in Magnice, near Wroclaw.
According to the firm, “the warehouse facility developed on the acquired property will have a total area of approximately 247,000 square meters.”
Panattoni is a European industrial real estate developer.
Greenberg Traurig’s team was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek and included Associates Jakub Gajzler and Jedrzej Antoszewski under the supervision of Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch.
Greenberg Traurig was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
